Twitter is a service for friends, family, and co–workers to communicate and stay connected through the exchange of quick, frequent messages. People write short updates, often called "tweets" of 140 characters or fewer. These messages are posted to your profile or your blog, sent to your followers, and are searchable on Twitter search.
The JKCDC website tweets all of our announcements on twitter, allowing you to see those updates without having to even visit the CDC's website. You can find the CDC on twitter at @jkcdc where all of our announcement can be found and, if you follow us, you will see those announcements in your timeline or as text messages to your phone if you signup for remote updates. By following us on twitter you will always be in the know about what's happening at the JKCDC.
To signup for twitter, if you don't have an account already, you can visit their homepage where you will find a 'Sign up now' link. Creating a twitter account
is fast and easy.
